Our client is a real estate consulting company based in Castle Rock, CO. With many years of experience, their outstanding broker wanted to gain new insight into real estate. After managing many transactions, Key CMA identified the requirement for a platform that could enhance the process.

Client Requirement

KeyCMA aims to build a web app that makes report generation easy for real estate agents. The method is straightforward and includes four steps. First, agents register the client’s details and property address. Then, they can either upload a description of the property from a CSV file exported from MLS or enter the information manually.

Solution We Provide

Agents can use this system to create in-depth summaries comparing selected properties. Before purchasing a subscription, they can sign up for an account. After signing in, they upload CSV files from MLS systems to KeyCMA. They then select a subject property, select comparable properties, and make any needed adjustments. The system generates comprehensive reports comparing the subject property with the selected comparables.

Outcome

Shreeaksh’s web platform offers elaborate market insights and connects users with real estate agents. It enables users to list and map new properties effortlessly. Buyers can detect the exact property and contact agents who are directly authorized by property owners.
